There’s no doubt that houmous goes well with Red Pepper. At Saz we knew we could do better than simply blending peppers with houmous. We created a savoury topping with whole chunks of sweet Red Pepper, accented with Lemon Juice and herbs. It’s an exciting sensation that is both tangy and sweet, and is a flavour explosion when combined with a mouthful of houmous.
