Combining houmous with our own Falafel was too tempting to resist. Through a special technique, our Original Saz Falafel are carefully ‘cracked’ releasing a mouthwatering combination of crumbled inner falafel and crispy outer coating. The lightly spiced flavour of our falafel blends perfectly with the stronger flavours of the houmous, creating an overall chick pea experience that is truly delicious.
